Rental Policy

Check-In / Check-Out Time:

Check in time is 3 pm Check out Time is 11:00am

(Earlier Check-In and later Check-Out times can be arranged if Cabin is not in use)

To Confirm Reservations:

A one night rental fee of $75.00 is required by either payment through our paypal link or mailing check or money order. If you are sending a check, it must be received within 7 days from the date of your reservation. Once payment is received, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail provided. This will be applied to total rental fee.  Remaining balance is due two (2) weeks before stay. Once the final payment is received you will receive the combination to the key lock box.

Other Information:

Mudline Lodging is available for rental all year long. Make a reservation request by using our contact information page. We will call or email you to confirm requested date availability and arrange payment.

Holiday weekend reservations require a minimum of a three (3) nights stay. (Memorial Day, 4thof July, Labor Day, Opening Weekends of a Hunting Season)

Rental Policy:

By submitting your reservation request you agree that you have read the following rental policy and agree to the terms and conditions.

4 people maximum staying in Cabin. Must be 21 years or older to rent Cabin, or Campsite. You may use fire pit area to entertain guest but are responsible for it’s clean up. Normal campground etiquette will be enforced. For Respect to other guests and our neighbors, 10 pm is quiet time.

Children are welcome but must be closely supervised by an adult.

Mudline Lodging is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

You are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property belonging to Mudline Lodging.

Smoking is not allowed in the Cabin. If our cleaning crew smells tobacco smoke in the cabin you will be charged a $50.00 de-fuming fee.

Check-in / Check-out times must be conformed to. We only have a short time to get the cabin ready for the next guests. No early Check-Ins, or late Check-outs without prior approval, request will be approved if at all possible.

Mudline Lodging reserves the right to change rental rates at its discretion.

Mudline Lodging charges a $50.00 fee for any returned checks.

Pet Policy: We do allow pets, there is an additional fee of $25.00 per stay per pet. We ask that your pets be placed in a kennel anytime that they are left alone in the cabin, and to also be considerate of other guest. We have plenty of yard space and even provide a place to tie them up outside please pickup after your pets though because we also have families who stay with us and use the entire area to play in.

Cancellation Policy:

Cabin Cancellation Policy – If you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason, prior to 15 days or your scheduled stay you have two options, (1) You may apply your deposit to a future visit or, (2) we will refund all but a $10.00 processing fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your visit we will again either reschedule your visit or refund all but the initial $75.00 deposit. Within 7 days if need to cancel we will refund all but $100.00 of your total rental fee or you may again choose a different date of your stay but this time will require a $10.00 rescheduling fee.

Campground Cancellation Policy – Same as above with the exception of fees: prior to 15 days = $5.00 fee if not rescheduled, prior to 7 days $25.00 fee, after 7 days $35.00.

 

Cleaning Policy for Cabin: There is no cleaning fee as long as these rules are followed:

Lock door and secure key in outside key box

Wash and put away all dishes that you use, including coffee pot, range & microwave

Wipe off counter, bar, and rinse out sink

Trash cans should have bags inside of them at all times

Place trash can on front porch when leaving

Put used towels in shower when you depart

Wipe up spills on floor and furniture

You do not need to remove the linens from the beds. Leave the beds you use unmade for linens to be changed by our cleaning crew

Please DO NOT pour any grease down the drains. This cabin is on a septic system and will clog if anything goes down the drains other than normal use.

Please turn the thermostat down to 58 in the winter & off in the summer when you depart

You will be charged an additional $50.00 cleaning fee if the lodge is left in disarray and dirty beyond normal use.
